Hello,

im looking for a formula when i add a"XXXX" word to a cell K7 it takes the value of another F7 and auto populates to another H7.

so "WORD" in cell K7 "WORD" will tell H7 ( )to have the same value as F7(2.50)

Try to use:

H7 --> Formula
=IF(K7="WORD",F7,"")

Is that what you're looking for?
