I had changed my password but i can't logg in.

Hello,
A few months ago I had to change.my password. But since I almost never use my hotmail account I forgot my password and now I cant logg in.the weird thing is that hotmail doesnt recognize my phone number... So changing.my password is out of the question. How am I going to solve this? My paypal and other important things are connected to this email adress....like my world of warcraft account, my youtube account and alot of other things. But especially my paypal... I tried gaining it through the form but I havent been on that account for ages... I wouldnt know ti who or what I recently send things.. Im hopeless now...

Please help me!
