Locked out of my account

hi , I have been locked out of my email account for 5 days now, I cant receive the code as the number is no longer active, I have also filled out the form three times ,gving lots of detailed information and email contacts and subjects, this has been denied also. I have then called miicrosoft and sent two Microsoft support forms which said it would take 24 hours ,it has now been three days, I am going round in circles, I need someone to unblock my account now, I can give any information that proves it is my account, please someone help me - please do not say fill out escalation form etc as have done this! beginning to think I wont get access again - have created a new account -the one below

Hello

Sorry to say but nobody can get access to Outlook.com's servers to unblock your account.

Keep in mind that there thousands of users living the same predicament and Microsoft must attend to all. Also keep in mind that they have laid off thousands of employees.

You be patient.

That's the way the cookie crumbles.
