Paasport not accepted by Facebook as ID

Please help. facebook shut my account down saying someone is imitating me, I think it is because I am currently working in Senegal, I am usually based in Europe/ I have sent a copy of my passport and teh only difference on that is it micludes my middle name and there is no middle name on my facxebook account. how can I get teh account active? I have many emails from friends asking me if I am well and safe because I am in Africa, by teh way Senegal is very safe, but teh disactivation of my account has upset people, some have worried others upset that they think I have defriended them.
