Can't get into facebook

Hello,

I keep logging into facebook but I am in a permanent loop. How can I get facebook assistance to resolve my problem.

I have a pdf document with screen dumps but I can't see a way to upload for you to view.
Basically, I login to Facebook and the first screen appears with Convert your profile to a page. When I follow the links I then get Error creating your page.
