Hello,

my pc started to become slow, so my father sended it to repair. it camed backwith the well, with the same files, with a diferent hard drive, the lock box shortcut is steel on desktop, but the progam is uninstalled. i cant enter it. it tells me to insert a disk.

help me please

Hello

I don't know what the technician did with the new disk. Obviously he did not test it before returning it to you.

I suggest you contact the technician for clarification.
