Touchpad mouse errors

Good afternoon,

I recently have been unable to use my built in mouse on laptop dv6-1335dx.

I cannot look up mouse. I am having difficulty installing mouse. I see the mouse has a light thats not red on it. I know how to lock my mousepad and all that already. I do not see software in control, panel.

Please help I've been looking everywhere. Id really appreciate if I can get my touchpad working again.

Ok, hang in there. Change the batteries, first. Then find the receiver. Unplug it. Did the PC beep or anything?

Oh, it is a wired mouse (please tell us all of the details), then what happens when you plug it in? What OS (once again, details details details!). PLease provide us with the details of your machine, because I dont feel like googleing your machine to find it on amazon to read the specs.

I have said it once, I will say it again. IT!

I have a hp pavilion dv6-1335dx entertainment notebook im trying to use built in mouseand its also not showing up in my hardware no matter how many times im reinstalling it

I cant even push the button to disable touchpad at all.

If you opened the case at all, then the ribbon become disconnected. If you have not opened the case, then the mouse pad has fried, or yu are using the wrong driver.
