Spacebar stuck in fn mode

Hello, my spacebar on my toshiba laptop is stuck to where it only changes resolution and cannot space words. My #1 and #2 keys are stuck to where they only zoom in on webpages. None of the combination keys have helped. (Ex. Fn+num lock)

I think first, you should uninstall the keyboard driver and reinstall it. but if it is still not working then you replace the keyboard.
