Trying to reset my gateway laptop

Hello,
When i turn on my laptop, it starts theres no noise. It will ahow the gateway logo then show a message saying there was an error Pc needs to reset. But, it doesnt reset, it goes to a blank screen. Please help. Thank you

Note: Reset delete all data in your laptop.
