My usb 16gb has a problem

Hello,
i have a problem with my usb?.. when i insert in my laptop it doesnt appear on my computer..when i check in my disk management,it doesnt appear also..in my device manager i saw a yellow color sign means usb mass storage device?.. what's the problem of my usb?it's damage or it can be fix?please help me.. i have so many files there.. hope u can help me..thanks..

There is no device driver in your PC. So you need to install USB mass storage driver first.....

After plugging in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the USB drive and restart your system.
