Can't see display after uninstalled a program

Hello,

i have windows 8.1.
last day i found a malwere , this automatically install alot of other softwares . that s why i tried to uninstall some . while uninstalling system was stuck . couldn't use mouse pad & touch , i shutdown using alt+f4. now its getting on but can't see display .

could you please help me

Did you able to enter into BIOS or safe mode?
It is laptop or desktop?
