Hello,
I recently got a new case and a power supply, while I was moving things over I got to the power supply and I noticed the atx cord on the motherboard and power supply were different. I counted 24 slots on both but the power supply's was much bigger any help? And are there cables that can make the power supply slots smaller? Thanks

What motherboard are you using? At one time Dell used proprietary motherboard and power supplies.

That was a motherboard that ASUS sold to HP. It looks to have a nonstandard power connector. I couldn't find a source for the adapter cable. But, I did notice that one retailer advertised the board came with an power adapter cable.

Good Luck
