Computer start up problem

Sir,When I switched on my computer power button(desktop) , the power button lights up, but there is no beep sound, no booting, but just a blank screen. I tried by replacing the BIOS battery,washed all fans, washed the RAM , but there is no improvement. Any help can be appreciated..?

Please tell me you didn't put water on the memory cards?

No,i have not put any water . Before the problem , i was working in notepad++ , and suddenly it hanged ,and when I tried to minimize also , it dint work, and then i couldn't turn it off.And after the switched off the computer , it didn't turn on,not even booting.Now ,what can I do??
