Laptop's power drained and it switched off

Hello,

My windows xp laptop's power drained and it switched off.
I tried switching it on but it is not working.
It takes me to a new black screen with three option(not the regular startup).

It does not respond. If any button is clicked it makes some weird sounds.
Please Help!

Well what are the three options?

My best guess, with your limited problem description. is that the hard disk has failed.
