Unable to get Files

I used LockDir frequently to lock only 1 folder named "My Files" in D: Drive. Recently, I changed that folder's Location to G: drive when LocKDir was active.
Now, LockDir is not showing any of my files in that folder "My Files".
If i try to delete LockDir, it says u cannot delete since it is in use to encrypt some folder. And if i try to delete my folder "My Files" in D: Drive, error comes there also.

please help me..those are very important files and i need them asap.
