MY DELL LEPTOP HAS TURN ON PROBLEM

MY DELL LAPTOP(INSPIRON 1545) HAS TURN ON PROBLEM. WHEN I REMOVE BATTERY AND PRESSING POWER BUTTON. THEN IT GETS ON ,BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT ,WHEN I HAVE TO START MY LATOP NEXT TIME ,SAME PROCEDURE I HAVE TO REPEAT. KINDLY SUGGEST ME.

what about connecting direct power adapter without battery? If it is work good there then may your battery is faulty one.

actually ,for turn on the computer i have to press power button for few second(without connecting adapter and battery)..After that when i connect to adapter then its gets turn on .after some time when i placed battey without disconnecting adapter it gets charged..

There may be problem in your laptop battery itself? when you buy this laptop?

i bought my laptop in 2009. but i have replaced my battery last year.(its battery backup is around 2 hrs)

one new thing i observed that when i connect adapter without battery, my computer works...
