What brand is the printer?
Follow these step the connect you printer to WiFi
1st Turn on the printer.
2nd If USB cable is from printer and computer, please Disconnect the USB cable
Go to Customer Support with you Brand Name (HP) - Software and Driver Downloads.
Use available methods to identify your HP printer model.
Check to see if your operating system is correctly identified.
Now Root your computer and check connectivity again ...
