Unknown shortcut or hidder virus

Hello,

thanks for the shortcut tips. unfortunately to me it seems to me its a different case. My PC got infected by the virus it has hidden all my files in an extenal and then it has created a file with crazy no and letter like 16dgj57. I dont know what to do help plz.

Hello,
# Download USB Fix
  • Launch it, a shortcut will be created on your desktop.
  • Choose "Clean" option.
  • A pop-up will follow
    Connect all your external data sources to your PC (Usb keys, sd cards external drives, etc...)
  • Once you're ready, click "OK".
  • While cleaning, you will lose access to your desktop, but this is normal.

The numbers of analyzed and infected elements are displayed.
