My pendrive is not installed

Hello,
when i inserted the pendrive in my laptop it will show (pendrive is not installed sucessfully) but in other computer,laptop and television it will permit so is it any problem in my laptop please help me

Looks like a hardware failure with your USB connection. I suggest you consult a technician.
