Didn't work because I don't know the recovery email either so please how can I recover my email and update all my information

A reset code must be sent to your alternate address or mobile number. To change the alternate address or mobile number you must first be able to access your account. Unfortunately, you forgot the password.

Conclusion, your account is lost for ever.
