my caps lock key, letter A key and number 1 key is not working in my keyboard. to type this also i used my touch key pad. my laptop model is acer aspire m5. can you tell me what to do.

I thought that your keyboard going bad! To make sure whether it is not hardware issue try External keyboard if it works good then you have get into conclusion that your laptop keyboard is faulty!
