Facebook account hacked, cannot access

Hello,

I recently acquired a facebook account. I have had several friend requests, but to date have not added any friends to my account. Recently, I started receiving friend request emails with strange characters...perhaps chinese? Furthermore, when I try to log into my account the entire page is in these characters. Now, here is the problem....after submitting my email and password, I get told that I need to answer some questions to access my account. I am presented with a number of friends whom I have never seen before. Since I did not add them, I cannot identify them and therefore I cannot get in. I would like to permanently delete this account, but everything I want to do (including reporting the hack, resetting my security question, etc) requires that I be able to identify these "friends."

Any ideas on how to address this would be appreciated.
