I want to restore yahoo account

Hello, my request is to have my email account restored,it was inadvertently
deleted by self(***@***)
I also have an ymail account
(deleted by moderator@ymail) they both were installed on my iPhone 6plus mobile. I use the same password for both accounts. It was deleted a little less then a week ago. I have very important notes in my yahoo folders
Please respond on how to restore account we can correspond using the ymail
