my yahoo account does not recognize this device and my Hotmail account I don't know to login password to get the recovery password to My Yahoo. Need help.

You should always use a desktop or laptop to administer accounts like this. People tend to think that because their mobile devices can connect to the internet, then they can use the internet.

Try to log in using a laptop or desktop.
