                    In device manager under network adapter-->right click on your network card-->select Uninstall. Now plug the ethernet cable and see what happens also try to disable it and enable again.                     Try to to check same Cat 6 cable on another PC. If it is not working means your Cat 6 cable broken.So check the color code on both end and check if it is crimped properly or not.     If it is unplugged means it will  indicate red mark on network. Also showing red mark on network sharing center.
