                    You can use the reset button on the back of the modem to reset it to factory defaults. Then set your iPad to one of the following IDs.
You can find the default ID's and passwords here:
http://portforward.com/default_username_password/Belkin.htm
once you have established a connection to the router you can change the ID and password by typing 192.168.1.1 into the browser.
