Hello kfox,
These 7 beeps mean that your processor has failed. It may have been overheated or other damage produced, but you need you replace it. Because it's a tough task to do, I recommend you that you bring it to a professional PC company to do that for you.
Beware that it might turn out that the whole mother board of the laptop needs to be replaced so it will cost more.
Please come and share what happened after you brought it to a technician or opened it.
