No audio output installed (win7) !!!?!?!??!?

Hello,
I have been doing solution for a month and I uninstalled the sound(realtek audio)and then scan,not working,then I install the realtek in the internet,still not working,I disable it then enable,STILL NOT WORKIN!! It says it is ready after uninstall,restart,it scanned,says its ready,but NO sound. Heh,just a waste of time,I hope that you guys have an answer,thank you......

the sound(realtek) is still in the device manager but,JUST NOT WORKING,tried everything..

I have two audio,conexant smart hd audio and intel audio,x64 bit,I have two cpu,one is intel hd graphics and amd radeon,im writing this on a phone,so tell me,if i didnt put it right

You write that you have two CPU's now I don't know which one has the problem.

Normally you must install the driver according to the manufacturer's specifications and according to your operating system. If your computer is home built, you must get the driver according to the audio card's manufacturer and operating system.

From what I gather, your cpu is Levolo, go the Levolo web site and make a search according to the model.

Sorry but you are confusing me.
