Recovery of yahoo account in absence of old mobile number given

Hello,

I do remember the ID and pass word, but while going for log in to confirm mobile number with last tow digit appears. The phone number is changed. I want to use the option of secret question for recovery of account but that is not appearing on the screen.Advise how to recover the account?
