How far back did you restore it? Why did you restore it? The restore may not have been the fix...we need more information, please.

The issue here is how far back, did you restore it? If it went back to factory and you booted and restored from the recovery partition, then it is pretty much toast!
Now, if you only did a recovery from a previous known date, that is different. Do this....right click on "my COmputer". Then click on properties. Let us know if it looks like this..........:
If it says Service Pack 1, then it is TOAST!
I have said it once, I will say it again. IT!

If so, hit windows key and R. type CMD
Type in IPCONFIG /all
Let me know what the response is (in short)
