Why the specific website is not opening from my internet address

when i opening the specific site on my internet explore or firefox browsers it is loading but not opening when i open same site with the same internet in my lappy also it is not opening here it is when i open that same site on another internet ip it is opening is that the problem in my internet ip address or any other Please give me a solution
