Not able to connect to Google.co.in and https:\\ site

Hello,

Iam not able to connect to google.co.in, and other security sites using google chrome and also by internet explorer. The message came as servor certificate error. PC is using windows XP. please help.

I suggest you check the date and time on your computer.
