New PC, nothing shows on the monitor

My long awaited gaming pc has just arrived, and i have set it up. However, nothing shows on the monitor. There is no operating system, when i put in my disk with windows on, it spins, and the fans are spinning, and everything about the pc looks fine. I have tried 2 hdmi's, still nothing.

You should get the BIOS screen. I suggest you return the PC for warranty work.
