Samsung has a product called Kies which you install on the laptop. That along with a USB cable should allow you to upload the pictures;

sorry i have been trying all afternoon but no luck, i have the usb cable but it still will not transfer, i am not very good with computers,so its probably me that doesent press the right buttons thanks for your trouble

yes that is what i have been using but cannot transfer pictures, ineed someone to show me what to do i am usless on computers perhaps if i was 60 years younger i might have a chance
