Pendrive stortium blank page is displayed

Hello,
i have 8 gb pendrive stortium make. on connecting to pc it is displayed and detected in pc. in properties also shows 4 gb data inside and free space as balance. but while trying to open the pendrive files, only blank page is displayed. no files is shown. pse help me
