I'll try to help you)
Do you mean that you have a PP presentation, that should be converted to flash and combined with an mp3 file?
If so, then have you tried simply to do it in Power Point? I guess when you add an audio file to slides, right click on it opens settings, where you can make your mp3 play continiously.
If you manage to do this, download some special converter, e.g. Presentation to Video Converter by GeoVid (I'd recommend you to use this one, as it converts ppt not only to flash files, but also to any video format, and does the job really fine).
