Swipe 3d life plus screen hang

Hello,
i purchased 3d life plus after having used another great product from swipe, I ordered this tablet which came today.
after having used it for 4-5 hours, its screen suddenly went black, and hung up.
I'm quite trusting of the company as of now, so I doubt its malfunctioning, but I can't bring the screen back anyway I try. Please help!
