Restore my pc

Hello,
i have sony viaoVGN-CR125 operating windows vista and i always incounter unwanted porblems and there a program its doesnt work and i want completely restore and reboot my computer,,,i hope you can help with my problems thanks

Sony Vaio usually installs their system files right on the computer.

If you click on "Start" then "Vaio Central" a window should open up.

Click on the "Support" tab, then "Recovery".
