Netgear Router not working

Hello, I have a netgear dgn2200v4 router and it was working fine but one day it just decided to stop working. I know nothing is wrong with my Internet service and on my router the light next to the Internet sign isn't on. I have tried resetting it a couple times but still not working. On my phone and iPad it says I should have signal but it doesn't work. I've been using the router for a little over a year and haven't really had problems
