Hello,
I have a list of people and how many hours they have missed from work. Is there a way to sync this every day with the new data which might have different people or different hours for the same people? I pull an excel file with the data every day but then notes are taken for some people and I don't want to loose those notes.

For example:
Day one
Bob -10
Don -34
Greg -11
Sue -5

Day 2
Bob -20
Don -34
Sue -11

There are hundreds of people on this list so a quicker way to do it would be good?

is this a running list meaning add to last time missed by bob with todays data
or is it to keep daily register to say on day 1 this was hours and day2 there were the hours
