Toshiba ( 2 mo old) reboot error message no response

My brand new Toshiba ( 2 mo old) just freaked out with reboot message. I have gotten to the HD recovery option. It has a yes buttom and a no button. Yes is highlighted, and I push enter, click etc.....NOTHING!!!!
It will not work. Any advice?

Hello,

A Toshiba, you have my sympathy.

The laptop is only two months old and you have a year warranty. You may have purchased a lemon. Why should you bother to fix something which may again fail. Take it back for an exchange.
