Hii...my laptop shuts again n again ,what should I do,please help me....nothing is responding

How long does it run, before it shuts off? When you use it, do you use it on a hard flat surface, or cloth, like a bed? You must use on a hard surface to allow for air to circulate under it! Heat and water are the two worst things for a computer. Sometimes heat damage will cause permanent damage, that cannot be recovered from.
