DELL LAPTOP it is giving a ping, ping or ticking sound

Hello,

My DELL LAPTOP is 1.5 yrs old & have problems. When I try to power on my DELL LAPTOP it is giving a ping, ping or ticking sound and black screen and nothing shows up. DELL is silent on this because they know that it's a bad motherboard but are happy to charge customers $405.00 + to replace it. I will not be purchasing another DELL.
Dell customer service is awful. They keep transferring you from one person to the other to fuel the frustration.

DO NOT BUY A DELL COMPUTER!!!
