I cannot access my facebook page as it has been taken over by a hacker, how has changed my e-mail address and telephone no. Is there any way that I can recover my account?

I have tried all the alternative ways of regaining control of my Facebook account to no avail. I need to contact Facebook to be given a definite solution.
