Forgot my yahoo password

Hello, my name is Corey Lovett.I don't remember my yahoo password. I am about to go crazy.I'm trying to get back on facebook and I can not.I been on fb since 2009.I forgot my fb password. In order to get back on.They are sending a code to my yahoo account. I don't remember the password to yahoo in order to get on to fb.I'm so sick in tired of going thru the security question stuff its no help.The help center is no help.Can you please email my yahoo password to this gmail ***@*** text or call this deleted by moderator....Thank You!
