PC won't star after updating to W10 from W7

I'm not really into computers. Untill now I've been using Windows 7 32Bits. An icon just popped up on the desktop's toolsbar. I clicked it, had a Windows icon. It asked me to upgrade for free to Windows 10, I installed it and still had enough space on Local Disk C. Now, it configured the updates then turned off. I turned it back on and it just told me to choose how to start the PC, everything I choose it will work untill Starting Windows. When the process completes, the computer restarts and keeps doing this. I ain't installed it with a CD. Help me, please.

It appears that you need to revert to Windows 7. It's possible you will need the help of a local PC repair shop.
