Lines on Sreen

Hello,

I get horizontal white lines on my screen which makes my screen lag. But it becomes fine sometimes when i tap my screen or press at the bottom edge of my screen panel. What is the problem? Also my laptop works on other monitors using HDMI cable.

These problem is probably related to a hardware failure of the screen and/or the data cable for the screen. Depending on the laptop age it might cost less to buy a new laptop than to fix this one.
