Have you by chance accessed maybe your email or online banking from a server/router outside of the one of yours?

I can't tell you with 100% certainty but I do know that host name is from 2 merged Japanese companies in which one specialized in online banking. It could've been a remote host for the previous owner and may just need to be updated

i went in my router and "no" command all the following: ip rcmd remote-host local-username { ip-address | host-name } remote-username, so that should have turned off all of those options. still when i run belarc advisor it shows this :
IP Device Type Device Details Device Roles
X.10.13.X Router Softbank220010013129,
softbank220010013129.bbtec.net, Cisco Gateway
X.10.13.X Linux Softbank220010013134,
softbank220010013134.bbtec.net Apache Web Server
X.10.13.X Softbank220010013201,
softbank220010013201.bbtec.net Web Server
X.10.13.X Windows 7 Workstation Otechpc (in MYCHEAPPCFIX),
otechpc.mycheappcfix.net Browse Master
i have an PBX server, which is the linux Apache that you see in the output. i got a client running windows 7 that belongs to the domain MYCHEAPPCFIX. But here you can see this softbank domain that keeps showing up as the reporting device that is routing the traffic for the end devices.......this is where i am stuck

that is odd for sure. i knohe domain lookup command takes precedent over the other commands and is set as the default if it's enabled. check it out to see if it's enabled and if so, Router(config)# no ip rcmd domain-lookup
