I could not find the Full Scan in the malwarebytes software

in step 3.
i downloaded the anti-malware, but i cant find the Full scan button in the malware bytes- Anti-Malware

When it is installed and opened the Scan button is on the front. It says something like "SCAN".

What is step 3?
