A RAM cleaner is really unneccesary - RAM is "volotile". This means it loses all its content every time the PC is turned off. If programs are not written well they can keep stuff in memory (RAM) when the program closes and slow the PC down, but this is rare(ish) and is usually the result of virus activity. Your antivirus solution should catch these.
